For this tutorial you will need:

Tube of choice, I am using the art of keith Garvey

Mask Halloween_MM2 by me here

Put the mask into your mask folder

Open a blank canvas 700 x 700, flood fill with white

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, i used paper3, go to Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk, apply Halloween_MM2,

right click on the mask layer, Merge, Merge group.

Copy and paste Element21 as a new layer, go to Image, resize, resize by 75%, Resample using Smart Size, Resize all layers unchecked.

Copy and paste frame 3 as a new layer, with the magic wand click inside the frame to select it, go to Selections, Modify, Expand by 1, pixel, copy and paste a paper of choice I used paper3 again, back to Selections, Invert, then hit delete on your keyboard, DO NOT de select, copy and paste your tube as a new layer, posion to your liking,with the eraser tool, erase any part of the tube showing at the bottom of the frame, Selections, Select None, move the fream layer above the tube layer, Hide the bottom 2 layers by clicking on the eye, right, go to layers, Merge, Merge Visible.

Copy & Paste Element19 as a new layer, arrange at the top laft of the frame, drag this layer below the frame Layer, go to Layers, Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers, On the bottom layer, go to adjust, Blur, Radial Blur and apply the following settings

On the top layer, go to Adjust, Blur, Average, set to 5, change the blend mode of this layer to Screen.

Copy and paste Element 28 or 29 as a new layer, Go to image, Resize by 65%, don't change any other settings, arrange on the right of the frame

Copy and paste Element 25 or 26 as a new layer, go to Image, resize by 15% arrange next to the Candles.

Copy and paste Element 27 as a new layer, arrange next to the skull

Add your name and copyright information. Your Done!
